First of all, please choose an elastic band of at least 5 feet (about 150 cm) and do the following actions three times a week, but please remember to make a day interval between each exercise.
1. One-arm push support

1. Stand on both legs, with your right foot about 2 feet (about 5 cm) ahead of your left foot, but do not fix your knees. Step on the middle of the elastic band with your left foot, grasp the end of the elastic band from behind with both hands, bend your elbows on both sides of your ears, and keep your hands behind your head.
2. Slowly stretch your arms over your head, keeping your arms on both sides of your ears. Then slowly return to the beginning of the action. Do 15 times with the right foot in front, then switch to the left foot in front, fix the elastic band with the right foot, and repeat the movement 15 times.
