2. Simple hip-hop movements

Action one:

(1) Jump a small step to the right with both feet, feet shoulder-width apart, and hands open naturally;

(4) Jump to the left, with your feet shoulder-width apart;

Action two:

(3) Extend the heel of your left foot to the ground, bend your knees, swing your body to the left, and swing your hands to the left;
