How to do Libra style?

1. Take a sitting position first, keep your body as close as possible, keep your upper body in an upright position, sit firmly on both sides of your sitting bones, and gently touch the ground with your toes.

2. Inhale, raise your feet and calves parallel to the ground, place your arms on both sides of your body, exhale, and stay for 3 to 5 breaths. Note that the back must be kept upright.
