If a driver under 21 years of age is convicted of driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.02% or more, his or her driver license will be suspended for 90 days.

For a first offense, underage drivers face the same penalties for driving with a BAC of 0.02% as adult drivers face for driving with a BAC of 0.08%: a fine of $600 to $2,100, up to one year in jail, or both, plus license suspension for 90 days.
